Ralph W. Reed, Jr., CPA, president, founded First Resource Capital in April 2000. His experience includes twenty-three years in the financial services industry and accounting. He is the former president of the Central Chapter of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and former chairman of the Risk Management Association’s Mid-Mississippi Group. In addition to being a certified public accountant, Ralph also is a former licensed investment banker in Mississippi, holding a general securities license (Series 7). Ralph earned his BSBA and MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. Additionally, Ralph has taught undergraduate and graduate level finance courses at Mississippi College and has presented commercial lending seminars throughout the Deep South.
